Booking

How can I make a booking?

You can book a service directly from our website or by downloading our app. The app is available on iOS and Android.

What is the booking process?

Once you make a booking on your chosen platform you will receive a confirmation email advising you that your appointment is pending. Once we have confirmed your appointment with one of our professional(s), you will receive another email to advise that your booking is now confirmed.

How can I track my service?

You will find all the information about your service on our app or you can log in through your My Account at our website.

How can I rebook with the same stylist?

You can request a stylist during the booking process by adding the request in the notes.

I want to book for a group?

Please contact us so we can check the availability for you.

What services can I book?

You can book blow dry’s, make-up and beauty services. We will keep adding new services.

Will my look be exactly the same as what I have chosen?

Your professional will endeavour to replicate the look you have chosen but in certain cases you may not be suitable for that exact look, i.e your hair texture may not be suitable for one of the blow dry’s, so your professional will advise on how to adapt the look to suit you.

What services can I book?

You can book blow dry’s, make-up and beauty services. We will keep adding new services overtime.

Do you also cut & colour hair?

Currently, we do not offer this service.

I want a completely bespoke blow dry or make up service which is not on your style menu, how do I book it?

You can book this by selecting the bespoke option within each service. Please follow the instructions when booking and send us the details of the look you desire, so we can make all the necessary preparations prior to your appointment.

Where can I book a service to?

You can book a service in the Birmingham, Cheshire, Manchester & Staffordshire area. We will be adding more locations soon.

What time can I request a service from?

You can request an appointment from early as 05:00am. Our appointments run until 22:00pm late evening. If you need an appointment outside of these hours, then we will always endeavour to make this happen so please contact us.

How long will my appointment last?

Your approximate appointment time for each service can be found within the details of the service on our app or website.

 

Appointment Process

How should I prepare?

We want to ensure the smooth running of your service. Before your hair service, please ensure you have washed your hair ready for your blow dry. Before your make up service, please ensure you have clean, prepped skin. Now sit back and relax with a glass of bubbles.

I am concerned that my hair or skin is not suitable for the look I have chosen?

Please make contact with us and discuss your concerns prior to your appointment and we will endeavour to find a solution for you.

What services can I book?

You can book blow dry’s, make-up and beauty services. We will keep adding new services overtime.

I have a health condition that I think may affect my service?

Please raise this pre or post booking with us by contacting us in advance of your appointment and we will endeavour to accommodate your needs.

I think my appointment will take longer then advised, what shall I do?

If you think for any reason that your appointment may take longer when booking then please let us know prior to your appointment and we will accommodate your request.

I am worried that the professional(s) may struggle with the location I have selected?

Please speak to us prior to your appointment and we will advise you on what we can do.

What happens when the Artisté Professional arrives?

Your appointment will be delivered to the highest of standards and your professional will guide you of where it will be best to be seated during the service, taking into consideration several factors. We advise that you select a well-lit place and somewhere near to a plug socket.

Is gratuity included in the price paid?

We do not include any gratuity in the service price and this is completely optional with no expectation or pressure.

I have booked a number of services or a package, will one person deliver the service?

Your service may be delivered by one person or by a number of professionals. We will provide with all the details once your booking has been confirmed.

My service was delivered a lot quicker than the advised time?

Please remember that the appointment time is an approximate time that we think it will take to deliver your appointment. As each client and professional is different, at times your appointment may be conducted quicker than advised or may take slightly longer to deliver. The important thing is the result and that you are happy.

Amendments/Cancellations

How can I amend my order?

You can make any amendments during the pending process on our App. If you need assistance, one of our customer service team will be happy to help. Please email bookings@artiste.co.uk. If you need to make an amendment after your appointment is confirmed then please contact us.

How can I cancel my appointment?

You can cancel your appointment through your My Account or by emailing us at bookings@artiste.co.uk. You can also call us on 0161 870 9154.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your appointment without any charge, as long as it is at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If your cancellation falls within the 24 hours then you will be charged the full-service price.

Payment/Refunds

How do I make a payment?

Easy! You can simply pay using our Artisté App, where you will have access and control to all of your payments.

What cards to you accept?

We accept of major debit and credit cards.

Can I use a promotional code?

Yes, please enter this at checkout.

Are my details safe?

Yes, they certainly are. We abide by all payment regulations.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds can take up to 5-7 business days to reflect back onto your original payment method.

How do I speak to an advisor?

I have a complaint; how do I raise this?

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied for any reason, then please contact us by phone or email and we will endeavour to satisfy your complaint quickly and effectively.

I want the service to launch in my area, what can I do?

Register your interest with us and we will try and expedite the roll out in your area.

What is the Points & Rewards system?

We would like to reward you for being our client. When you book a service with us you will automatically earn points for your spend. For every £2 you spend you will earn 1 point. Once you have accumulated 100 points, this will give you a £1 discount off your next service.

Do my points expire if I don’t use them?

Yes, after 18 months your points will expire.
